Some Floor Plan Changes May Be Possible Depending on Timing of Purchase.
Garage: The garage private garage is spacious, at a total of 1081 sq/ft it includes a mechanical room where the furnace, hot water tank, electrical panel, fire sprinkler controls and the security system main are located. There is enough room for two cars in the front of the garage as well as an area in the back where either a third car can be stored or a room can be built for things like additional storage, work out room, hobby room etc. Residents may also elect to have shelves built in the third car area. There is also room along the left side of the garage for storage and wall shelving.
First Floor: 1,130 sq/ft. The first floor is the main floor which features a recessed foyer, coat closet, master bedroom suite, half Bath, laundry room, kitchen, pantry, two story great room and eating area with a gas fireplace and sliding glass door to a patio.
*Note that each homeowner will design their own kitchen which means more or less cabinets can be added, the island can rotate or be eliminated. Location of appliances and sink will also be determined by homeowner.
Second Floor: 681 sq/ft. The second floor features a loft space, work or book shelf area, two bedrooms, full bathroom and linen closet.
