What's New
New: New Revised Second Floor Plan Available
In response to a request for a condo that includes a master bedroom on the second floor, we are now offering the opportunity to modify the floor plan to include only two bedrooms, but each with it's own bathroom. The plan combines what was previously two bedrooms on the second floor into one large bedroom with a bathroom and large walk-in closet, the modifications leave the loft and study area intact. This means the home will essentially have a master bedroom on the main floor as well as the second floor. Available on units # 3 and #7, modification fee may apply. Second Floor Master Plan
New: Model Home on Track For an Early June Opening
5 Bryn Mawr Ct is currently under construction as a model home and construction is progressing nicely.
